With the Formula one world in shock after the announcement that Honda has decided that it wont compete in next years formula one world championships due to budgets cuts, but now the Williams team has said it would welcome the suggestion that teams could be obliged to each run 3 cars in the event that another team should drop out. It is far better to have seven or eight constructors than seven or eight constructors and three or four customer teams.
